Andres has a new open source project, it is called HelpDeskZ.

HelpDeskZ is a free PHP based software which allows you to manage your site's support with a web-based support ticket system.

HelpDeskZ use Twig as template engine, so you can modify the look easyly, just with html knowledges and it can be translated to any language but right now it only includes English and Spanish.
